Raise this unusual cocktail to all the other brave souls you know! The Bourbon’s notes of chocolate and baking spices complement apple purée and somehow match with the basil.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 oz. Puncher’s Chance™ Bourbon
  • 0.75 oz. lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz. apple purée
  • 0.5 oz. honey syrup
  • 2-3 fresh basil leaves
  • Soda water to top

METHOD:
Add first five ingredients to an iced shaker. Shake well and strain into an iced Collins glass. Top with soda water.

Basil leaf, green apple slices
