The name is a nod to Bruce Buffer, “the voice of mixed martial arts” and perhaps the brand’s leading fan who, often talks about how the bitter comes with the sweet. He explains: “The phrase ‘puncher’s chance’ honors the underdog; it abbreviates the fact that even against all odds, you always have the chance to win. I see that nearly every day in the boxing ring, and beyond.”

INGREDIENTS:

2 oz. Puncher’s Chance™ Bourbon
0.75 oz. fresh lime juice
0.75 oz. fresh grapefruit juice
0.5 oz. ginger syrup
Soda water to top

METHOD:
Add first four ingredients to an iced shaker. Shake well and strain into an iced Collins glass. Top with soda water.
